As unexpected as it may sound, the Golden Globe and Academy Award nominee used to be a successful trader – in 1997, Williams entered the Robbins World Cup Championship of Futures Trading and won it by turning $10,000 into $100,000.

The actress owes her financial talent to her father, a famous trader Larry Williams who knows Forex rates better than anyone in the world.

Lee DeWyze

Few know that prior to winning the 9th season of American Idol, Lee DeWyze was clerking on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange floor.

He might have had a chance to succeed in Forex trading or another related job but finished his financial career in 2008 to become teens’ icon in 2010.

John Houseman, an Oscar-winning British-American actor and producer, traded as CBOT member in 1929-1930. If not for the Great Depression following the 1929 stock market crash, we might have known Houseman not for his production of Citizen Kane, but for setting the stage for future Forex traders.
